Our CEO
Since founding ICC, Tom has focused on serving clients who are seeking high-quality executive talent.
Tom Cox
Tom brings 17 years of hands-on executive experience in a publicly traded, earnings-driven corporate environment.
Tom notes that his corporate experience outside of recruiting greatly strengthens his ability to relate to company owners and senior executives, across the employer and candidate divide.
Tom focuses on client relations and overseeing the sourcing of senior-level management positions in finance, HR, marketing and technology.
He serves as the Upper Midwest Area leader for the NPAWorldwide, the oldest recruiting network of its kind, with an international membership of recruiting firms located throughout Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa, and the Americas.
Tom resides with his family in the greater Des Moines area, a regional hub for financial and manufacturing enterprises.
When not busy seeking the perfect client and candidate connection, Tom serves on multiple civic association and fraternal society boards throughout Central Iowa.
